Guest guest
Oh I am so sorry to hear all this. I will keep you in my prayers. Hang in there. -Nick > Please someone tell me that things only happen in " 3's " !!!!! My daughters youngest little girl Hailey who is 23 mos. has been limping lately, so we thought well maybe she had a sandspur in her foot or some odd growing pain, just didn't know. So took Hailey to the Dr. yesterday and they took x-rays. Well they called a little bit ago with the results...superolateral subluxation which is going to require hip surgery here within the next few weeks. This is unbelievable...my husband with his knee, granddaughter with her hip and me with my back....all of us requiring surgery within a few weeks of each other. I think maybe we should just rent out a floor at the hospital until we all have re-cooped....gotta run and pick up granddaughters xray's now so we can take them to the children's ortho specialist tomorrow. > > >

Guest guest
Will keep your father in our prayers and hope all goes well. Re: Unbelievable , I am so sorry to hear about your granddaughter. I will keep you in all my prayers.. What about a 2nd opinion? Well it seems to always be pouring in my house. We found out a few weeks ago that my dads valve was leaking. So they did a cat. That came back with 2 bypass needed and a new heart valve to replace the main one. But then they did a scope to see about the mitro vavle and how bad that one was. Ok that one can just be repaired but they found out the main artery is dieased. But they had to do a MRA to see how bad. Well we go to see the cardi today and they tell us its really bad..Well Jersey shore medical is a great hospital for that kind of surgery but we want him to go to NYU. Better surgeons who are top in their field. So next weds he has an appt with one of them. But even the cardi here told him that NYU was better for his type of surgery. So far he is getting a pig valve, repairing the mitro vavle, 2 bypass and we dont know about the diseased artery cause the carid here said it would be a very risky surgery. Plus when you all things to heart surgery your risks go up.. So its been a week of just worry and I swear each time that phone rings I think thats the dreaded call. We already took him to the ER 3 weeks ago which was the start of all the tests. Hes 78 but a great 78. hes active, plays golf, drives, makes wood dolls. those you see in peoples gardens and swinging from trees. He has he hearing and his mind is good. But we are still all nervous about surgery but the cardi told us he will die with in 6months to a year if he doesnt have the surgery.. Hope everyone is doing good and pain free. Guest guest
Penny, Thanks for creating this temporary list so we can regroup. Did you send an email to all former members of I & I? I did not receive one. Maybe others did not, I don't know. Steve, Are you inviting all of us to use your new blog as a permanent home? Some people are really good at manipulating the law, but that does not mean there is any merit whatsoever to their claims.
Guest guest
Earnest, I sent invitations to around 750 members, but my address list was a few months old. Unfortunately, I probably didn't get everyone. Just contact anyone you know who might not know that we're regrouping here temporarily. It's possible that this list could be shut down as well, so keep your eyes and ears open. penny > > Penny, > Thanks for creating this temporary list so we can regroup. Guest guest
I rejoined the group recently so that explains why I didn't receive an email. If this group is shut down then can we regroup at Steve's site? Steve, what do you think? Or does someone want to create a Google group? If we create a Google group the same thing could happen there. > > > > Penny, > > Thanks for creating this temporary list so we can regroup. Guest guest
Penny, I checked my mail again and I did receive your message. So that's good. It means most everyone received an email. I think we can count on this group being shut down as well once realizes it. > > > > Penny, > > Thanks for creating this temporary list so we can regroup.
