If you use MS " Outlook Express " as your mail program you can select to

send a message in either format. Click " Reply to Author, " " Reply to

All " , or " Forward Message " , or " Compose Message. " Then click on Format

and go down to HTML or Plain Text and click on your choice. That

message will go out in that format, but other messages will go out in

your default mode.

To change your default mode, click on Tools, then Options, then Send

tab, then whichever mode you want to make your default mode. I have

mine set for Plain Text since most of my work is on this or the RISG

list. When I want to send HTML I just select as I instructed in first

paragraph above. Now I'm not getting the complaints I was getting about

HTML posts.
