Brick-wall-onset cases like yours, especially when so severe, are terribly puzzling as I fruitlessly contemplate the hair-raising microbiological mysteries of the disease(s)... and me both were increasingly screwed up for a long time then suddenly went down real hard over the course of a week or so, and then slowly got even worse than that, which of course is another common course.
