Thanks for your hx and thoughts, that was a really interesting post.

Brick-wall-onset cases like yours, especially when so severe, are

terribly puzzling as I fruitlessly contemplate the hair-raising

microbiological mysteries of the disease(s)...

and me both were increasingly screwed up for a long time then

suddenly went down real hard over the course of a week or so, and

then slowly got even worse than that, which of course is another

common course.

we are beginning to have hope again. Simon just

had EDF/Mehta cast #2 cut off and going for #3 -

Im so sorry that you wont be able to make it, Patrice. Please pencil in

the first week of May next year. Its a nice event and I enjoy so much

meeting with ISOP/CAST mums.
