Guest guest
I researched the files but did not see much on cortisone injections for the knee. What experiences (success or failure) have any of you had with cortisone injections to help relieve pain and inflammation in the knee joint for ITB syndrome and chrondomalacia? I have been using stretching, deep tissue massage, foam roller and ice and NSAIDS for almost a year with little reprieve. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
