I would love to hear from others on the gist of Pam's question,

about pulsing to avoid prolonged, intolerable herxheimer symptom

exacerbation.

It seems to me like those of us who are the most ill almost

invariably end up pulsing in some fashion, but often it is a matter

of enduring fierce symptom exacerbation for days or weeks or months

on end. At some point, a lot of us suspect, this becomes counter-

productive.

What about the other side of it? I'd be interested in hearing from

others, about personal experience or research, that addresses this

question of pulsing and whether its better to take frequent short

breaks or less frequent longer ones.

There probably isn't a 'right answer' for everyone, all the time,

but that's all the more reason to think about it.
