Guest guest Posted September 12, 1998 Report Share Posted September 12, 1998 Greetings All: The above heading may seem somewhat strange, but actually it has a two-fold meaning. I have read some of the posts today and more than one person has talked about controlling emotions. So, I would like to pose a question? How can we as a group find ideas on what to do about rage? For example if we have the physical strength to vent our anger at what life has given us, in what form should this take? Also, what can we do when we lack physical capabilities? Participate in a group, talk one on one with counselors? What about talking into a small tape recorder? These are only a few ideas that come to mind. When we say that we want to help those who participate here, where do we start? Now on to other Pleasures. I will be off-line for a while starting Wednesday. I have received a gift that will allow me to travel to attend my younger and only brothers' wedding. From there I plan to travel to visit other friends. Of note, although I communicate with my brother by email I have not seen him in 10 years and my other friends I have not seen in nearly 8 years.
