Guest guest
The ownership of the domain that the message board is on, is an important issue. It is one of the issues that I am working on – the exact details, it is best to keep private except when there is a real need to know. Getting a safe harbor is the messages are the important thing – and that takes a little bit of care. I've tried to solicit legal help from others without much success. In the end, I would need the advice of an attorney with expertise in this area of the law. I can't imagine the difficulties of trying to locate someone with this area of legal expertise, and I can't afford the cost of consulting with an attorney. To take on a task such as this, one also needs a great deal of support. I'm personally drained to the bone by all of the turmoil and competing agendas. I was able to preserve the I & I name by registering the domain name, infectionandinflammation.net, for one year that I will donate to the group. If the group decides to adopt the I & I domain then I would need to transfer the domain to the new owner. I cancelled the domain hosting. Best of luck in finding a new, relatively safer, home.
