Guest guest
I have included in many of my past posts about the severe brain fog I am suffering. It has now become so bad that I simply do not post anymore. My communications skills are suffering terribly. It has recently been suggested that I try some Methylcobalamin. Does anyone have any experience with this for memory as well as energy levels? Thanks in advance for any and all info. -
Guest guest
Yes, we give oral methyl B12, 2.5 grams, with good results. Lots of kids can absorb it orally. They make really good tasting sublingual tablets at www.vitaminshoppecom. [ ] Methylcobalamin Hi. Are any of you supplementing methylcobalamin orally with good results? I am thinking of taking it myself as well as starting my little guy on it. Also, it does tend to feed yeast, so watch for that. Dana
