I have included in many of my past posts about the severe brain fog

I am suffering.

It has now become so bad that I simply do not post anymore. My

communications skills are suffering terribly.

It has recently been suggested that I try some Methylcobalamin. Does

anyone have any experience with this for memory as well as energy

levels?

Thanks in advance for any and all info.

Yes, we give oral methyl B12, 2.5 grams, with good results. Lots of kids can

absorb it orally. They make really good tasting sublingual tablets at

www.vitaminshoppecom.

Hi. Are any of you supplementing methylcobalamin orally with good

results? I am thinking of taking it myself as well as starting my

little guy on it.

TIA,

Yes, it was beneficial for my kids. They had to take it with folic

acid, otherwise they had problems. Also, it does tend to feed yeast,

so watch for that.

We supplement it orally too. Works fine for us.
