I've found that while my gums tend to be quite pale, if I massage

them with my fingers and thumb, it gets circulation going in them

and they eventually tend to be pinker and healthier looking. Also,

the massage, according to my dental hygienist, tends to cause saliva

to flow from between teeth and gums, which expels bacteria. This

can help then with bleeding gums, which implies to me that infection

there is being reduced.

Thanks for that suggestion, Laurie. Mine are pale too, and went

almost white during my last round of Malarone, a drug I take to kill

off Babesia.
