Yes, I had the same thing happen, much

more regular movements – several times per day.

To me, it may imply that the body feels

that it does not need to do as heavy processing of the food – implying that

there is not a deficiency.

Hi Doris,

That happened to me too. Although there may have been a bug going

through some of us here, so it's hard to say. There was a lot of

bowel activity though.
