Would taking the vitamin C (and maybe some > undernatured whey) counter the toxicity of tylenol? Amino acids that definitely could help, because the liver uses them to metabolize tylenol. Also, studies show that a number of antioxidants might also help: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve & db=pubmed & dopt=Abstra\ ct & list_uids=12823615 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve & db=pubmed & dopt=Abstra\ ct & list_uids=15674847 Basically, anything that helps glutathione, are useful to taken. Guest guest
Thanks Mark. It's kind of hard for my foggy brain to keep everything straight (all those abbreviations!), but I got the gist of the studies. They didn't mention how much tylenol was used in the first study, but 750mg/kg in the second study seems to say the least, a HUGE amount! Also, the antioxidant levels were also quite large. I'll see if I can find out more info on the web. Thanks again for posting the studies.
