Guest guest
Hi, all. I'm the one that had exposure to formaldehyde that damaged my immune system. I told the group about my visit to the endo in San who told me, "You're overmedicated. You've got to get off the Armour. It's unstable. You're overmedicated (broken record..). I'll just bet you're not doing everything you can to lose weight, are you?" I watch what I eat very faithfully, exercise four-five times a week (low impact aerobics), do Eight Minutes in the Morning exercise program six days a week, do Pilates 3 times a week, and I do weight training twice a week. That should be more than enough! Well, the lab results came back: My TSH has been under .5 for over two years...is usually very suppressed. TSH 1.65 .4-4.9 Free T4 .81 .71-1.85 Total T3 133 60-181 So--it doesn't like like overmedication, does it? I'm never going back to him but wish I could say, "HA!!! You don't know everything, do you??" I am going to Dr. in Lubbock on Friday for an apt. I guess I got in quickly because I'm a former patient of his. Only changed to new doc three months ago. I have a small nodule on my thyroid and want his opinion not to mention that I'm tired, tired, tired. Enough of that. Thanks for your support, group. I think Amber is very fortunate to have found an endo who is caring and who is willing to go the extra mile. Nanette
