Guest guest
Dear Penny I stopped the Eprosartan for a number of reasons, I wasn't sure of the risks or the benefits and money was becoming a problem . The dosage was 4 tabs a day to start lowering to 3 when I stabilised. Boron I take by the simple expedient of wetting my fingertip and touching it to the surface of my jar of Borax ( sodium tetraborate) It apparently picks up about 30 mg which is considered a suitable maintenance dose by Rex Newnham. This man would appear to be the guru of boron and has published widely, a Google search will flood with good references . It tastes like sodium bicarbonate ( I had to add some acid to make sure it wasn't) and the toxicity is in the same range as common salt so there is an enormous safety margin. Since I started on Boron my body temperature has normalised and I have stopped my thyroid supplements ( 10 mcg T3 and 50 mcg T4) Regards Windsor [infectionAndInflammation] Eprosartan> > > > > Hi all,> > Wanted to convey some info from Tony of Oz. > > He's tried quite a number of the various ARBs including Telmesartan, > Candesartan, etc.> > His favorite is Eprosartan, followed by Benicar. Guest guest
Very interested – how long has your body temperature been normalized now? With Vitamin D, we see an increase of body temperature which ebbs until you increase dosage again. We still have not gotten up to bottom of the optimal Vitamin D levels by assays – seeing a temperature increase seems to be indicative of an essential nutrient being deficient.
