I didn't have to do Optifast pre band and I think your motivation and courage is wonderful. It will all be over before you know it and you will be on your way to a new slimmer, happier and healthier life and lifestyle. You are doing a marvellous job pre band. I can't imagine ever having the willpower to achieve what you girls are undertaking. So, I reckon you can all feel proud and strong that you are hanging in and doing your best, one day at a time.
