Most any lifting that includes extension of the spine, or tension on the

dorsal spine will activate the Multifidus.

While I find no reason to " focus " or " isolate " the Multifidus, the bench

described on this website, will provide a significant " focus " on all the

spinal extenders, including the Multifidus.
