Guest guest
Yeah, that's what I think. The oil should be safe. I don't know about pulling the squalane out of it for cosmetics?I'd like to hear from a trusted resources, but can't find anything. I tried a moisturizer once with squalane and it was amazing! I'll wait for more info and just stick with olive oil. ,I dont think you need worry about olive oil or olives People in Greece and Italy have been using it internally and externally for centuries and are some of the most healthy people on earth jan. I've never done that. You'd have to look up, " at what temperature are the beneficial properties ofcoconut oil destroyed? " I know that it has a much higher 'smoking temperature' than olive oil. That's why it is recommended to use coconut oil for 'top of the stove'things such as stir fry or frying. Use olive oil for non-heated cookingsuch as salad dressings and drizzling.Probably either one is fine when it goes into a recipe such as a bread orcake that is baked in the oven. I think that the light olive oil has a higher smoking temp. than extravirgin olive oil. Here's my confusing question of the month: Olives contain squalane which isa substance that you do not want to enter your bloodstream. (Thus all the objections to it being added to vaccines) I think we can safely state thevalue of cold olive oil being ingested, but what about being applied to yourskin? Many cosmetics are putting into their products.
