Guest guest
Sharon, Your progress continues to lift and inspire me. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience. I understand the adrenal/hormonal/thyroid/hashi's connections, but I'm not nearly as adept at explaining it and using the medical terminology as you and Jan and some others are. I'm so thankful for this group and for the opportunity we have to educate and support one another. Tammie smr79410 <smr79410@y...> wrote: > Colleen > Tammie is correct. This little girl with Hashimoto's wears out all of those around me. Do I still have Hashi? Yes, if I stopped taking the mountain of hormones and supplements, I would be right back where I started. And I do not want to go there ever again. It is a very active process to get well. My doctor has very high expectations of me as a patient. I have to work at this. I have to eat right and exercise. I have to take all of my meds every day at the correct time. I have to actively manage my stress. I cannot let anything get to me. Not coping is just not an option. > I love hearing how well Tammie and her children are! > They were so sick. This is a healing process that > continues over a long time.
