I have noticed that it gets better if i eat a lot and during days that i'm eating less it gets worse.. > > I have recently started to get a burning sensation in my feet and legs along with pins and needles and muscle jerking. My leg muscles will jerk involuntarily. I have sunburn like heat emanating from my feet and legs. I feel like I have sunburn, but I don't. It feels like neuropathy. It sort of feels like I have rubbed something with menthol onto my legs and feet. The burning and tingling is horrible. It feels like my feet are " asleep " or numb, and like hot sunburn. My penis feels the same way and any sexual stimulation will trigger more burning in my legs and feet. *sigh* > > I don't know which is worse, the hot sunburn like heat emanating from my legs or the menthol like burning, numb feeling in my feet.. > > I am quite frightened about it.
