Does anyone else have this pain in the prostate? Especially when I get a good solid erection, which isn't often, I feel a lot of pressure and discomfort in my prostate. It almost feels like something is pressing against it, and it doesn't feel good.

I've had a dead/dull pressure in my prostate for about as long as I've had PSSD (~7 years). In the past few months I've had symptoms of prostatitis too, like dull pain and having to get up at night to pee. My urologist said I likely had non-bacterial prostatitis and told me to stay away from caffeine and spicy food. Didn't change very much. Yes I do. I've only found this since starting a course of venlafaxine. Horrible stuff.
