Guest guest
When you go to a doc for an injury that is not related to your chronic pain, how do you explain to the doc the difference between the normal pain and the new pain. Do you tell them about your chronic pain? I had to fill out some workers comp forms today cos I somehow managed to fall out of my chair while sitting and talking on the phone. My shoulder and neck always hurt although I favor the left side and this was the right side. Luckily I got a big bruise to go along with the pain. The way I would describe it is that my pain level was maybe at a 3 till I fell and then it went to a 6. But i didn't want to say that and have them dismiss it as a preexisting condition, but I didn't want to lie and say that I'm in all of this pain cos of the fall. Someone, I think it was Ray, was in a car accident recently. How do you tell the old pain from the new pain? ~››~››~››~››~››~››~››~››~› Success is not measured by how well we deal with plan " A " but by how well we deal with plan " B " . ‹‹§‹‹§‹‹§‹‹§‹‹§‹‹§‹‹§‹‹§
