I've ben having the devil of a time trying to get mail OUT to y'all, it keeps

coming back, telling me I'm being blocked by Yahoo...come on this is getting to

be a major pain inna neck..I know I am losing mail...

hope this one works for us!

Worst Fears~

Well Gang~

I hate it when I'm right especially THIS time..as the subject line implies, the

*new* Doc was a complete.....dolt! ( I.m being both kind and *clean* here )

He truly went *postal* when he read what meds I needed refilled....he was

immediatley on the Offensive...going to call the College of Physicians and

Surgeons..why I am not sure, since the prescriptions were not written while my

old Doc had a gun held to his head....and if he is doing that to *get* the old

Doc..does it matter, he's retired, and therefor not practicing any longer...BUT

the fall out is dropping on me and my life....he refused to refill the percocet

for more than 100 and I am to cut back on the Meslon to every 12 hours...not

eight...!!!

Old Doc realized the long drive I had to make each time I saw him, so made sure

I had at least a months meds....not this dude...could care less

Said he wouldn't be *bullied* into writing prescriptions for drugs that were

being inappropriately written and therefore used! At that point I became angry

as well ( but didn't yell) I began trying to explain things to him, but all he

seemed to care about was the list of meds ........the only bright spot was Mona

my old Doc's nurse must be staying on to help him thru the *transition* so she

is calling me tonite from home, and I am hoping that she can help me find

another doctor! Since this guy was so FULL of himself on the drug question, that

I had no opportunity to tell him about ANY of the things that needed medical

attention...the whole appointment became nothing but my getting a lesson an BAD

drugs...I left the office in tears, but since it's almost 100 degrees f here,

they were soon lost amongst the *glowing* I was doing.....( remember, horses

sweat, men perspire, and ladies GLOW)..I do not do well in this kinda heat

without any A/C, so expect to do alot of *glowing*..I'm off to stand in the open

door of the refridgerator, when that gets a bit iffy for my foodstuff, I'll have

to settle for the fan!!!

All in all not a good day, and by cutting back on the meds ( as he insists) I

will no doubt be in even lousier shape by the weekend! The old Dragon will be

laughing all the way to his den.
