Guest guest
From: Krystyna Krzyzak MNIMH, North Devon Hello all, I have been trying to compile some anti-candida diet sheets (for the genuinely needy, not those who have diagnosed with systemic candidiasis on the basis of " low energy levels " and a broken fingernail). There are hundreds of these diets on the web, many contradicting each other. Some allow nuts, others don't, some exclude all fruit, others only raw fruit. Ditto grain. Can anyone offer some practical summaries that will not result in malnutrition. And what is the rationale for excluding yeasts, mushrooms and fermented products (except yoghurt - unless it's the diet authors are anti-dairy)? Thanks in advance, Krystyna
