Does anyone know exactly what " jerarquizado " means in this

sentence: " Médico especialista jerarquizado en reumatología en el

Colegio Médico " ?

The text is about the position and experience of a doctor. I'm not sure

if " jerarquizado " means that he got a special degree in rheumatology.

In that case could it be: Medical Professional specialized in

Rheumatology graduated from ...
