Help with Kigelia Affricana Extract

I want to make a cream containing Kigelia Affricana Extract

can anyone advise on this. all I know it it an african sausage tree and I

believe it may help a skin conditon I have. Please can anyone advise on whether

this is true and what quantaties I would need for it to be affective in eg in 1

litre of cream. I have also watched a programme on Manuka Honey in regards to

healing properties and a new Honey treatment for healing wounds would this be

better to use or the Kigelia Extract.

Any help would be appriciated
