Nurses eat their young!

When I became a nurse and was having a nervous breakdown, I thought I was the

WORST nurse ever. Other nurses sneered at my saying " where did SHE go to

nursing school? " or " OMG I can't believe she doesn't know how to do THAT " ! A

wise nurse came up to me and said, " honey, nurses eat their young "

Now on the other hand, when I became a Lactation Consultant and was having a

nervous breakdown because I though I was the WORST lactation consultant ever, I

discovered this group.

I'm a big mush and I admit it. I just want to say Thank you to everyone who has

walked in my shoes and helped paved the way. I would absolutely not be a

lactation consultant if it weren't for your generous and patient answers to my

sometimes silly questions.

I hope I can do pave the road for someone who walks behind me. Although I feel

like I lost an appendage without facebook, I still have a cellphone (203)
