I don't know why my message posted twice... does just do that

sometimes? Maybe I inadvertently did something to cause it?

Also, sorry for not changing the headings before. Sweet whey sure doesn't

have anything to do with religious dietary restrictions!

No it's probably not your fault. I had that happen this

week on two different lists. One message appeared

a second time a few hours after I posted the first, but

with the same time appearing on it.
