Guest guest
My hubby, age 65, has been feeling dizzy the last few days so we took his blood pressure. It was 181 over 91 the first time then about 5 minutes later it was 156 over 97. He takes no medication for anything and is seemingly in good health. The taking of the blood pressure was done in a reclined resting position and after 5 minutes of rest. He eats the NT way with me but also will eat " out " every change he gets and it will be the fast foods, which he loves. He has no food sensitivities. I have been reading Mercola to get a refresher course on what to do. Any thoughts from you guys? I sooo appreciate this list and all on it. You are so helpful.
