Guest guest
well... it ain't me :-)... I on the other hand am annoyed by the 'beyond price' posts as I receive them in 'Lucida Console' font which I dislike... the NT posts arrive in 'Arial' which I prefer... just one of those things I guess... To add insult to injury, I'm using it with a 56K modem. I've also never seen italics > in any post. Yes, but get this-- when I write it in the email I DON'T see italics. The text I'm quoting will be italicized, but my response will not. Then, when I receive it on the list, it will be italicized. >Does your AOL client give you any options to turn off HTML I'll have to check it out. It might be that I just need to turn it off on the groups site though as Jo suggested. Chris

If it is an HTML problem, you can turn this off in your own membership settings on the group website - you are given the option to convert text to html or not - always best to select not. Oh, that's just your misfortune, as compared to using AOL, which is a crime against humanity. <g> >I'll have to check it out. Could be, though it sounds pretty specific to you. -
