Guest guest
It was rough breathing! Today is a little better, it may go only to 88. We are going to a picnic in a park near the water, but we will be in a pavillion. I am going to neb about an hour before we go, and certainly take my fast acting inhaler with me. Hugs, Glenna Hello Testing to see if anyone is getting my message. I don't seem to be getting any messages coming to me from the group either. Watch therefore: For ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 24:42 Hugs and Blessings, Anneliese
Guest guest
hi, I am here. II've been sick with a cough and a cold, that wasn't too bad, thank goodness, although I am still taking Robitusan with codine. By the way, is there a good cough medicine on the market, for someone who has asthma? I used to like Dymocol. It used to be the only thing over the counter, that I could take that would help. I have had trouble with my mail from yahoo groups bouncing too. I wonder where Charolette is? Glenna hello Hi , Is anyone out there ? It has been so quiet here. We have had this bug going around our area. Sort of like flu systhoms. Very exhausted, chills aches and pains etc. Hope everyone is doing ok. Hugs, Anneliese Christ my passover was sacrificed for me. So all sickness and death has to pass over me and my household.l Corinthians5:7; Exodus

Guest guest
Hi Glenna, What ever you buy on a coughsyrup, make sure it is an expectorant. Also, the only cough drop commercially that I can handle is the Ricola brand. Halls tightens up my chest.ALso, with the advent of the heating season, make sure that you have enough moisture in your house, a humidifier or pots with water boiling on your stove. Drink warm drinks with honey and a bit of thyme in it, just a pinch . I make my own cough syrup with with wild cherry bark and elderberries, but that is not something you want to make when you are sick.. Is it possible for you to send messsages without pictures in the background? I love puppies, but with my laptop screen could hardly read the text. Get better.. Thank you,C-M
Guest guest
My name is and I'm relatively new to this annoying thing called Asthma. I'm having trouble understanding why I have Asthma, especially the coughing bit. My question to the doctor was " How come I've got trouble with my lungs but my throat has a constant tickle. " My doctor told me that because lungs don't get sore as in a sore throat it is my bodies way of telling me that I'm in trouble. I am now using my Acuhaler three times a day and my Airometic when I need it. But my only sympton is the constant couching. It doesn't make sense to me. I did a search through the archives and read through a number of messages relating to the coughing and vomiting. I now know that I'm not alone. I smoked for 34 years, two years I didn't through pregnancy, played squash three times a week, had no trouble breathing, I was a very fit person until I had a back operation in 1983. I stopped smoking in May of 1993 and have had nothing but trouble since. Re Asthma, Hay Fever, Junk at the back of my nose, etc., etc. Sorry the message is so negative. Guest guest
Hello and welcome! High T3 or high TSH? Hello Hello. I am newly diagnosed with hypothyroid 2 weeks ago with twice "normal/high" T-3 levels. I am on .05MG (50MCG) Synthroid, as well as 50 mg Zoloft, and am already feeling a lot better - no panic attacks and have lost 2 lbs. My appetite has markedly decreased. And while I am feeling a lot better, in general, I am, oddly, fatigued more in the mornings, and my facial acne seems to have slightly worsened.I did a bit of research the day my prescription was phoned in, so I knew to not accept Generic substitution and had already sworn off soy. I was diagnosed by an "out of network" GP, who I will see for my first follow up blood test, but understand I need to find a good endocrinologist. I am in Austin, TX, so any recommendations of United Healthcare in network endocrinologists with happy thyroid patients would be appreciated.Carla

Guest guest
I think you might be right about the spraying. I*Ive never been tested for allergies, but I get an email from the Pollen People. I've put in my zip code in, and they tell me whether the pollen for my area is going to be low, moderate or high. Even before I read my emails, I can tell by how my throat, nose and eyes are and myy voice too, wheether the pollen is going to be high. I know what you mean about having a hard time breathing. It feels like you are brething through a sieve, with very soft holes. I know this topic was a few days ago, but I haven't areadmy mail for a couple of weeks, and I wanted to answer this. Now for a question, does anyone know if it is really true that if you are allergic to something, that your nose itches? Or is that just an old Wives' tale? Glenna Hello Hi Everyone ,It has been awhile since I have posted in here. Hope to be back on aregular basis again.Breathing has been worse this past month or so. Could be due to the hightree pollen. Some or all of you may think I am crazy, but I will takemy chances. Has anyone of you ever heard of the term CHEMTRAILS ? Itseems when they spray overhead I have a hard time breathing the airoutside.
