My recollection was that it was pretty forgiving to make. Where do you get the culture? I'd love to have this again - we loved it and called it stretchy milk :-) Ours was contraband, btw. Someone from Finland had sent it to a relative - a small piece of clean linen had been dipped in some fil milk, dried, and sent in the mail. Laurie L.
