Coconut cream: how long does it keep?

I just opened a container of coconut cream to make some shrimp, and when I

put the half-empty container in the fridge, I noticed that I already had

one open. At first I thought I should've used it, but then I wondered, how

long does this stuff keep in the fridge once opened? Any ideas? (If it

makes any difference, I'm talking about the Coco Gem coconut cream

Wilderness Family Naturals sells, which, BTW, is wicked awesome, the best

I've ever tasted.)
