Guest guest Posted December 23, 2003 Report Share Posted December 23, 2003 Today Dr. Phil's show was about dieting and how to do it " right " to keep the weight off and of course had the professional nutrition people on also. Bashed all those low carb, high protein and other fad diets that are impossible to stay with. I watched just a part of it and it was fun at least to see them go through this persons kitchen and toss out candy, cookies, chips but then they got to the proper way to eat and demonstrated with, hum, guess it was a burrito. .. Lightly spritz, and i do mean lightly spritz, a frying pan from a spray bottle of olive oil and add your small portion of 4% fat hamburger. After the beef is cooked not only drain the fat ( what fat could there be?) but then rinse beef in a colander. Add your chopped veggies and wrap in a whole wheat tortilla shell.
