Reminds me of the Southpark show with a " Blame it on Canada " theme. The airborn theory might be interesting to investigate. Know Canada has some interesting technology they've used since NAFTA began. One case was where Inuit women in Nunuvut had extreme levels of dioxins and other harmfuls in their breast milk.
