I >need ideas for sack lunches. Thanks - I like cold fried rice. We have salmon (cutlets) Japanese style: sprinkled with salt and grilled under the griller. We often use the leftover salmon in fried rice the next day with egg and other stuff. Nori cut into fine strips and mixed in is yummy too.
