Guest guest
Black beana and quinoa !!! Saute chopped onions & garlic cloves in olive oil. Add 1 C. quinoa & 2 C. water, w/1-2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp cayenne, salt & pepper to taste. Cover and cook on very low heat. When quinoa is cooked, add 1 can black beans, 1 cup frozen corn kernals, and heat through. Add a healthy handful of cilantro, well chopped, mix, and serve. (You can ferment all major ingredients, but it's still good even without. If I remember correctly, quinoa is low in phytic acid...) -Blair > I'm wondering if anyone has some recipes they would be willing to share for > whole grain rice, kamut, spelt, quinoa, etc salads.
