I started researching different therapies to deal with my facial wasting. I believe that I am now very well informed on what's out there. I have also discussed the options with two friends who also happen to be World renowned plastic surgeons Baker in NYC and Grant s in LA. The best choice that I came up with is Articoll. It has been approved by the FDA last Friday so it will be available in about a month, which gives you time to have the allergy test that's needed NOW! And you can have the procedure done by a licensed DR in America! My concern is why is referring people from our community to have a procedure done by a non medical profession in a clinic that never answers the phone (not even a n answering machine). Granted Bio-Aclimid sounds like a fantastic product but only available in Europe if you want it have it administered by a DR. I have been in communication with the manufactures of Bio-Aclamid and they are now aware of the conditions their product is being dispensed so I'm sure the folks in Tijuana will not have access to it for much longer. The other is silicone injections, okay in small amounts but it is still deemed unsafe by the FDA. That is the reason researchers are developing alternatives other than silicone. Silicone has been pushed to the way side and monies are being spent on safer more effected therapies. Ones that can be administer without a guessing game going on. We all have enough problems to start adding to them. has also been saying that Articoll is still illegal for use in the US this is not true. Again it has been approved last Friday. It's ready willing and ABLE! Why???????????? The first thing that comes to mind is that he is getting a cut from the "clinic" in TJ and from Dr. in LA. I really cannot think of any other reason for his actions. If this is the case it sadness me very much to think that "one of us" is feeding off of our tragedies.
