Guest guest
Hello, I've never posted before, but I have enjoyed reading the posts. I'm a NICU nurse, and wrote my exam in 2011. I have 4 year old twin girls and a 7month old little girl. My question is for the Canadian LC's, I was wondering if you could give me a rough idea of how much you charge? I am so used to helping friends, friends of friends for free. I am having a hard time putting a price on my services. Thank you for your time,
Guest guest
Hi , I am in Montreal, IBCLC since 2010. Here, there is a huge range of fees. Some charging only $30 per consult (WAY TOO LOW in my opinion!) and others much more, the highest being probably about $90 per hour. the average seems to be around $60 per hour. from speaking with other IBCLCs across the country, I can tell you that there is a lot of variation from region to region. Genreally, fees are lower in rural areas. Where are you located? , IBCLC, LLLC Montreal, QC > > Hello, > > I've never posted before, but I have enjoyed reading the posts. > I'm a NICU nurse, and wrote my exam in 2011.
