I got mine from GEM cultures. Their phone number is (707) 964 - 2922. They

have a number of other cultures as well including viili, kefir, kombucha,

sourdough, etc. I use all of them and have been happy with each. I'm

testing some grain soaking in viili tonight to see if it will work in

pancakes. I'm not sure it will as when I've tried to heat it, it curdles.

Time will tell.
