BLACK BEAN SOUP WITH TOFU CHIVE SOUR CRÈME SMALL___ LARGE___

Black beans are revered by many cultures for their delicious flavor

and various health benefits. In oriental medicine they are believed

to promote healthy sexual organs in both men and women. They are

used in this soup, along with kombu sea vegetable for mineral

enhancement and digestibility, fresh ginger root to promote

circulation, yellow onion and kabocha squash to relax the stomach

and pancreas, dried daikon to break down and help the body discharge

accumulated fats, mineral rich wakame sea vegetable, relaxation

promoting shiitake mushrooms, intestianal flora promoting barley

miso, and a nice light garnish of chive spiked tofu sour crème.

NORI RICE BALLS SMALL___ LARGE___

The best source of complex carbohydrates, power packed medium grain,

short grain, and sweet brown rice is rolled into chewy and

delicious " balls " , that are spiked throughout with crunchy morsels

of roasted ginger and fresh and flavorful green chives, stuffed with

a piece of alkalizing umeboshi plum, and coated with gently relaxing

mineral rich nori sea vegetable, and calcium and trace mineral rich

toasted brown sesame seeds. A beautiful and appealing, fun, and very

healthy way to consume brown rice at a meal or as a snack!

SESAME SEARED TOFU SMALL___ LARGE___

A long time favorite, nice large slices of protein and calcium rich

tofu, are marinated in circulation stimulating fresh ginger juice

and shoyu soy sauce, then coated with equally calcium rich brown

sesame seeds and arrowroot " flour " to form a paper thin crust.

Garnished with a glitter of fresh green chives and live enzyme rich

assorted bean sprouts.

UDON WITH BALSAMIC ROASTED VEGETABLES SMALL___ LARGE___

Brown rice udon noodles, are tossed with juicy portabello mushrooms,

healthy and balancing brussel sprouts, sweetly roasted kabocha

squash, sweet and flavorful parsnips and rutabega, fresh and

delicate fennel root, and lots of chlorophyll rich fresh parsley,

roasted in a balsamic vinegar, shoyu, digestion strengthening kuzu

root, and yellow onion glaze, for a perfect, warm or cool, light and

flavorful anytime pasta dish.

BROCCOLI AND RAPPINI WITH SHIITAKE KUZU GLAZE SMALL___ LARGE___

Juicy, bursting with flavor and anti oxidant rich nutrition rich

green broccoli florettes, and wild, bitter green, good for the liver

rappini, are highlighted with bright orange beta carotene rich

julienne carrots, then draped in a healthful glaze of cleansing and

relaxing blood cholesterol lowering shiitake mushrooms, cremini

mushrooms, circulation stimulating ginger root, naturally sweet,

stomach and pancreas supporting yellow onions, intestinal

strengthening kuzu root, and shoyu soy sauce.

TIRAMISU SMALL________ LARGE________

A whole wheat pastry flour, corn oil, and brown rice syrup based

light and rich cake, is soaked in a potent mixture of all

natural " grain " coffee (roasted barley, chicory, rye), then layered

with a rich and creamy amasake brown rice milk, calcium rich tofu,

alkalizing and digestion promoting kuzu, sea vegetable mineral rich

agar agar, vanilla, mirin and almond crème filling, and dusted with

carob powder, to create a healthy version of this classic Italian

dessert.
