Guest guest Posted May 25, 2006 Report Share Posted May 25, 2006 Hi Libby Dr B told me he wanted me to lose at least 8kg on Optifast during the month before surgery However...he told me to have three Optifast a day and nothing else. I was terrified because I wasn't able to to it and thought the surgery would be cancelled. In the end I did Optifast (his way) for one week and lost 4kg and my surgery was done via laparascope.
