Hi, Dea:

Here is what is listed on my box:  Camellia Leaf, perilla leaf, Mori bark extract, alisma root extract, imperate root and less than !% of natural flavors.

It is kosher and the philosphy of sunrider is cleanse and regenerate.  You can get the tea in regular (sort of herb tasting), mint (my personal favorite) and apple/cinnamon.  There is also a night time Calli Tea which I have not tried yet, but keep thinking I will.

I steep it in a quart jar and drink it all afternoon.

Hope that helps.

Cheryl

Cheryl,

About 15 years ago I used to purchase calli tea from someone and I absolutely love the stuff.  I moved and lost my source and forgot about the tea.  Thank you for reconnecting me to calli tea.  I cannot wait for my first sip again!

Hi and Cheryl Y - You're right - the best way to create an alkaline body is thru eating healthy foods - lots of fruits and veggies.  I ended up buying an Enagic water generator which produces alkaline water - it's excellent for de-toxing.  My naturopath here in Jax has one in her office - they are considered a medical device - very expensive but one amazing machine.  My body was VERY acidic after testing with those little pH strips and now after about six months of drinking the water, I am alkaline.  Cheryl - the Callie tea sounds interesting - may I ask where you get it?  I love drinking tea and I believe it is alkalizing, as well.  Thanks so much for arranging the Woods teleseminar.  Buying his book has been on my list of things to do.  The teasel he recommends has also worked wonders for my neuro symptoms - I think there is really something to it.  And, at least it is inexpensive! !  Be well ~ Cheryl S.
