What's for dinner? We are having soba noodles and broth with fried tofu (adapted from Cooks...I omit the brown rice syrup and add more veggies to the broth. Oh, I also marinate the tofu a la Ginger Cutlets in Mostly Macro before frying.) It's suddenly cold here (40's) and this recipe was calling to me.
