Good Morning, or whatever part of the day

you are awake in.-----

Well it is another rainy day and mold is forming

on the hay.

Here I am in the middle of Arizona the arid-zone, and

bounded by sand and forest, feeling like Ahab stranded in Mohab.----

Now this Sheldrake fellow sounds like an interesting guy Beatrix,

you say he is affiliated with the ' Institute of Noetic Sciences,'

now that is a coincidence, I am a member of that group, and

also a member of the ' Sufi Psychology Association. '

The Institute of Noetic Sciences is headquartered in Sausalido,

at 475 Gate-Five Road, and it was founded by the former

astronaut Egar , now this brings back certain memories,

as this address is located in the center of where the World-war

Marin-Shipyards once were in the forties.

And where, there in the ruins, at the end of an old dock , Alan Watts

and I use to fish and philosophize in the middle fifties.

That was a nice dissertation Steve, well written, and poetic.

Well I will be going to the Doc again this wed, I am getting so tired of

these doctors, who are being subsidized by the Drug Cartels, and

pad their wallets by ordering every kind of test that they can think of.

I am on my own quest for a more healthy life as long as I'm here.

Chasing after more of that Melatonin stuff, that hormone manufactured

by the pineal gland, ( but not enough ) & is created through the action of

certain enzymes on a chemical precurser which is serotonin.

In fact the hormone is named after melain, which is the pigment that gives

our skin its color and serotonin, the study of the Pineal-gland could be the

most rewarding ever, the pineal gland is richly inner-vated by the automatic

nervous system, especially the sympathetic nevous system, and many of its

functions follow a pattern and rhythm very similar to 'wave function.'

Meanwhile back on the Ranch, I am waiting for one more spring, and then

old Ferdinand the Bull and I ~~~can lolly-gag in the grass & smell the

flowers.
