You're drunk again, aren't you ? The truth is, I've just found a soul mate.

In all my 'extended' years, I have never come across another person who

seems to have as much interest in aircraft as I do. It's like walking into

a candy store ( a liquor store for you I guess ! ) and having carte

blanche.

I look forward to including Al in our playful 'pokes'. He won't mind, model

glue does that to people !

By the way Al, as far as I know, the F23 lost the bid to the F22 (which

should go into service in 2004 I believe) so don't hold your breath. On a

more serious note, conflict is always around the corner when freedom is at

stake, ask a vet ( I'm not a vet but I have a lot of respect for them ). I

have had the rare opportunity of living in some countries where the " menu

du jour " is dictatorship and despotism <sp?> and it's not a pretty sight. I

have lost good friends 'in the dark of night' who said the wrong things in

front of the wrong person before they disappeared forever. So if there are

any vets on the list, my heartfelt Thank You for the freedom you have

allowed me to enjoy.

(PS. for Al's benefit, Ray doesn't drink...much...anymore...just kidding !

He's a teetotaler like me but can you imagine how much fun we'd have if we

did drink ?)
