Guest guest Posted January 7, 2005 Report Share Posted January 7, 2005 Hi, I don't think I can be understanding the word 'nerd' correctly, either that or it has a different meaning where I am, because generally speaking people in show-biz and creative types are never referred to as nerds. On the topic of stereotypes, I used to be a goth and quite often was viewed by some that as a goth I would be violent and into drugs. This was not the case and a lot of goths I knew were really kind hearted sensitive people. Of course I'm not saying all goths are nice, there probably are some violent, drug taking goths out there (I don't know?).
