Guest guest
Hi there - shari here I was looking for info/comments on having a baby post explant..... my hubby and I have been talking about it and I wanted to get some input.... I will be 35 in November and if I am gonna do it then it needs to be in the next few years but I do not want to take any chances. I also don't want to be 45 and hate myself for never doing it as it was always my dream to have another baby. I am still on some meds which will of course be stopped in preparation for it if we decide to do it. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas about risks post explant... I have been explant 2 years last month. I am feeling better other than the fibro and headaches - this I had when I was preg with my son and most of the pain went away throughout the whole pregnancy. I am also concerned about the breastfeediong risks as I would love to do that again without the nasty implants involved. I am also scared it may screw up my disability which would make us lose our home. I have so many thoughts and questions butI want this so bad but do not want ot harm my child. I wonder if two years is long enough for all the bad stuff to work it's way out? I wonder if my body would protect the baby? I am eating very good now and taking vitamins. I have been detoxing for several months. Please let me know your opinions and concerns as if I am gonna do it I need to start soon as I do not want to risk being older and the birth defect possibilities that come along with that. Thanks guys!!! love shari
