You guys crack me up!  J

But yes, Lena,

I think that the bugs like it a bit colder, so they mess up thyroid/adrenals so

our body temp goes down.  Totally my thoughts exactly!  That’s why I like

to make sure we all have our hormones at optimum levels so that our body heat

is correct – makes the bugs uncomfortable (think fever) and makes our

cells work right.  It also makes our immune system and our detox pathways work

right.  There is nothing bad about having thyroid and adrenals working right!  It

only helps us – not only to feel better, but to kill bugs and clean up

the mess!

Turn up the heat!

That makes a lot of sense, Lena.

That must be why most Lymies have such trouble with hormones/thyroid/adrenals.

Talk about smart bugs - sabotage the thermostat so that they environment is

friendly to them. Wish I was that smart! Feel like I am the host

planet to some aliens that are smarter then I! ;-)

Hi Cheryl,

For a long

time, I was convinced that the critters like a lower body temp and sabotage our

'thermostats' to make that so. I think this is why my wrists and knuckles will

hurt, when my hands have been exposed to the chilly Airstream or bedroom on an

extra chilly morning.

The other

morning, I had one of my flushes, which I still suspect are critter-driven.

Instead of my usual flinging off of bedding, (knowing from past experience that

the feverish feeling has little to do with my temp, in fact, my temp drops as

this happens) I stayed under the covers and rode the intolerable heat out,

breathing deeply, trying to feel comfortable. The sweats quickly subsided and

everything went back to normal. With the weather being colder, it's hard for me

to tell, but i think these flush-bouts have decreased. Lots of questions; few

answers.

Be well,

Léna

Hi, All:

Was chatting with Wood the other day and he brought up

an interesting point. He was conjecturing that the cold caused the

buggers to go back into our muscles and the warmth brought them out.

Now this is what is interesting: when I was in the middle

of having bad seizures, one of the things we noticed is that I always got very

cold just before a bad one hit. We couldn't figure out if the seizure

came BECAUSE I was cold, of if the coming of a seizure caused a circulation

problem causing me to get cold. I am talking goose bumps all over my body

and white hands and feet. Now talking with , I am

guessing it was because I was cold that the seizures came - bugs driven back

into my muscles/brain/nervous system etc.

He is a big believer in saunas and that type of thing.

Maybe we are seeing yet another helpful tid-bit surfacing - take your

MMS/teasel then go sit in a sauna. Maybe even a hot bath?

What do you think?

Oh Lena,

You are sure funny, smellin' like a pickle... :-)

Who cares, if it works, do it!

Don't worry if your dose is off for a few days, you

won't lose any ground... Citric acid is harsher and it also unlocks a bit more

chlorine dioxide from the MMS...

I agree, your heating system is hot all the time, even

if the power goes out... Smart... You can't afford to lose electric up there...

And propane is nice warm heat... We have central electric forced air, not

really that warm, especially when it starts up... Yes, I would assume your

Airstream would be similar to what we are experiencing now.. This weekend will

be MUCH colder, 22 Sunday morning, 16 Monday morning and snow is forecasted for

Sat & Sun.... This really is not good... By Tuesday, will will have had 11

days below freezing... Where I live, a few degrees warmer thanks to the St. s River.. You should think about buying a Bio

Mat! I have one and do sleep very warmly....

http://www.biomat.com/

I am very cabin bound right now, walk my dogs 3 times

daily, but back in out of the cold... The morning walk isn't bad if the sun is

out, but the late night one is a bear, very cold now... I am doing nothing out

in the yard, I hate to go look at all of the plants I will lose this weekend...

I have hundreds on my property, covered what I could... No live ticks I

hope after this..

I only sleep with the a/c on in the summer, don't like

to run it during the daytime... I hate going out in the heat, coming into the

cold... So it goes on about 7:00PM, off at 3:00AM... You do get use to the a/c

here, these big stores would be hot boxes without it... And the supermarkets

here have to keep the air very cold to preserve the food they sell...

Oddly though, as hot as it is here in the summer, my area uses more

electricity in the winter because everyone is trying to stay warm.. Can't blame

them...

I agree, this climate is going crazy.... I never

thought I would see the day it snows on the east coast of FL, midway down the

STATE!!! Do Mac's feeeze... :-(((( Hey , watch

out, it's coming your way!

Stay warm Lena,

Jim
