Guest guest
Sorry for the much delayed replies. Not much help but I did try the Datura approach for a patient of mine with a persistent tremor. He went up to the highest recommended dose and only succeeded in getting Datura overdose Sx and no help to the tremor. Dear Jules, In the HMSO Dept. of Health 'Dietary Ref Values for Food Energy and Nutrients for the UK' it states that: for Pantothenic Acid no toxic signs were observed after giving young men 10grams of calcium pantothenate daily for 6 weeks, although such doses may cause diarrhoea and gastrointestinal disturbances'. I know it is not specific to pregnancy but does demonstrate its safety in much larger doses than you proposed. e Geyer BSc.
