PTPA woman who is pregnant with her third child has been diagnosed with anti-E-iosoimmunization. (She is a carrier, and so is this baby's father. Her other children are by a previous marriage and were not affected.)

This is, apparently, a very rare condition, which could lead to severe jaundice in a newborn. She is looking for information on management of her pregnancy and breastfeeding. Almost all of the information online require journal subscriptions, and breastfeeding is not even mentioned. Is there anything else she should be aware of beyond the usual jaundice management. She is committed to nursing this baby.
